HONITON: Man cautioned after police drug raid

A 41-year-old man was cautioned for unlawful possession of cannabis after Honiton police raided a home in Pipers Place, Upottery.
Officer executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drigs Act in the afternoon of Friday, November 22nd.
PC Clive Vickery said: “A cannabis cultivation set up was found in the upstairs bedroom of the property and an outbuilding in the garden.
“This is another positive result in the disruption of supply and use of drugs in our area.”
A police spokesperson added: “A 41-year-old man was interviewed in connection with the seized controlled drugs (not arrested) and was later cautioned for unlawful possession of cannabis.
“Seized were approximately 10 gms of herbal cannabis and 13 cannabis plants.”
