Tuesday, 02 December 2014

Axminster & District Lions Club has released its Christmas float timetable.
Club president Jackie Swarbrick-Silver said: “Start times are approximate and subject to change due to weather and circumstances beyond our control. However, should a run be postponed we will endeavour to reschedule it for one of our free nights.
“Check on our Facebook page for updates.”
She also thanked those who are assisting the club in various ways, saying: “Rob Perry Marine has lent me a tow vehicle for the entire three weeks, The Castle Inn has donated £50 towards our new music system and Miller's Farm Shop are allowing us to work on the float and house it there for the duration.
