KILMINGTON: Quacking good fun!

Thursday, 15 May 2014

CHILDREN from Kilmington Pre-School cheered on their entries in their annual duck race on Wednesday, May 7th. A starting field of 400 plastic ducks were released into the stream at Jubilee Green, with ducks numbered 26, 22 and 40 claiming gold, silver and bronze respectively. Pre-school chairman Emma Styles said: "This raises £400 for our pre-school and is an important fundraising event for us." Primary school children and members of the local toddler and tinies group also attended the popular event.
