Free milkshakes for students

The offer of a free book and a free milkshake was too good to resist for Axe Valley Community College students. As part of World Book Night, the first 18 Axe Valley Community College students through the doors at Route 66 Express in Axminster were given a copy of Robert Muchamore’s The Recruit and a milkshake each. The event, held on Wednesday, April 23rd, was organised by Axminster Library and paid for by county councillor Andrew Moulding’s locality budget. Hosts Sarah Jones and and Penny Davis said the offer was so popular that youths burst through the doors
