New venue for Hontion art meeting

Thursday, 01 May 2014

Honiton’s local branch of The National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies (NADFAS) is on the move! They have just under 200 members and will be taking up their monthly residence for meetings from October to June at the new Beehive Centre in Dowell Street. Guest speakers attend each month and give illustrated talks on a variety of subjects under the general heading of decoration, design, gardens, fine art, etc. In addition there is also a variety of organised day and away visits throughout the season. This new venue will now allow the group to increase their membership and anyone wishing to join should contact chairman Heather Penwarden 01404-45360.
