HONITON: Praise for Honiton TIC?staff

Thursday, 01 May 2014

n A Honiton councillor has praised the work of staff at the Honiton’s Tourist Information Centre. Visitor numbers were down by around 300 compared to 2012, but there were more than 500 extra visitors in the summer months. A total of 11, 382 people came through its doors last year, despite the bad weather. Councillor Mike Allen said: “Given the atrocious weather, it is an absolute positive that the centre can get more than 10,000 people through the door. “A lot of incredible work has been done there and I would like to thank them.”
